We need your help! There is a great deal of pre-camp preparation needing to be done and we could use every available pair of hands! If you can make it down to camp this Saturday to help clean windows, sweep cabins, put in screens and many other jobs, we would really appreciate it. We are in the final count down to the new camp season and we need your help! Next weekend (May 17-18) we are planning a spring cleaning blitz at camp and need every available person to help us meet our deadlines. Why not make it a chapel or church event and bring a group down for a day of fun, fellowship and hard work?
Several have said they will be here, so why not join the fun! Some of the jobs planned include cleaning windows, sweeping porches and ladybugs, sanitizing mattresses, moving tools from the cabin areas to the workshop and even getting our canoes out of the corral area!
There are no special skills required for many of these tasks, except a willing heart and a desire to serve the Lord at camp! Let is know if you are able to come. If you are bringing a group so that we can plan for meals and possibly overnight accommodation for some. Email Stacy Bodder at sabodder@gmail.com so that we can plan early for the weekend.
